An Evening with M.F.K. Fisher
This June, Songbird Parlour is honored to be one of six restaurants across the country participating in the inaugural M.F.K. Fisher Month — a celebration of her life, her legacy, and the enduring power of a well-set table.
M.F.K. Fisher lived and wrote in Glen Ellen, just down the road from where we cook. Her words transformed the way generations of people think about food, pleasure, and the meaning of gathering together. It feels only right that we celebrate her here.
On June 18th, we're bringing her spirit into our kitchen — a five-course dinner drawn from her recipes and the sensibility behind them. Food that is honest, generous, and deeply human.
