Songbird Parlour — Terms & Conditions
Agreement to these terms
Effective date: October 31, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of songbirdparlour.com (the "Site") and any reservations, tickets, gift cards, or private events you book with Goodness Gracious Hospitality Group LLC, dba Songbird Parlour ("Songbird Parlour," "we," "us"), located at 14301 Arnold Drive, Suite 3, Glen Ellen, California 95442. By using the Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
You must be at least 18 to make a booking or purchase through the Site, and 21 to purchase or be served alcohol.
Reservations, private dining, and events
Reservations. Reservations are made through OpenTable and are also subject to its terms. Please arrive on time; we hold tables for 15 minutes. For parties of 2 or more, or for tasting menus, we may require a credit card to hold the booking. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the reservation, and no-shows, are charged $15 per guest. The entire table must order the tasting menu when it is offered.
Our right to refuse service. We may decline or cancel a booking, or ask a guest to leave, for safety reasons, disruptive behavior, or if a guest is visibly intoxicated.
Gift cards, pricing, alcohol, and allergens
Gift cards. Gift cards never expire and carry no service fees. They can be used for food, drink, and events at Songbird Parlour. As required by California law, any balance under $10 may be redeemed for cash on request. Gift cards can't be reloaded, resold, or replaced if lost or stolen unless they were registered with us. Gratuity is not included.
Pricing and menus. Menus, prices, and hours are subject to change and are not guaranteed until confirmed at the time of your visit or purchase. We try to keep the Site accurate, but if we list a price in error we may cancel the order and refund you. Prices don't include tax or gratuity unless stated.
Alcohol. We serve alcohol only to guests 21 and older with valid ID and may refuse service to anyone, at our discretion and as required by law. Event tickets that include alcohol are sold only to guests 21+.
Allergies and dietary needs. Please tell us about allergies when you book and again when you order. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, and eggs, and our menu changes with the seasons. We'll take care to accommodate you, but we can't guarantee any dish is free of allergens or cross-contact. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Using the Site
Acceptable use. Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Don't make fake or speculative reservations, resell reservations or tickets for profit, interfere with the Site's operation, scrape it with automated tools, or submit false information.
Our content. The Songbird Parlour name and logo, photographs, menus, recipes, text, and design on the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, modify, or republish our content without written permission.
Your content and photos. If you send us feedback, reviews, or photos, or tag us on social media, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content to promote Songbird Parlour, with credit where practical. Guests at events may be photographed or filmed; tell a staff member if you'd prefer not to appear in our materials.
Third-party links and services. The Site links to services we don't control, such as reservation, ticketing, payment, and social media platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Legal terms
Disclaimer. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Songbird Parlour and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking or purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under California law.
Indemnity. You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, unless both sides agree otherwise. [Small-claims matters may be brought in small claims court.]
Changes. We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the changes; bookings already confirmed keep the terms in effect when you made them.
General. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
